Welcome to Sweethome Bakeshop! I've always had a love for both cooking and baking which lead me to obtain a degree in Culinary Management. Growing up I would follow my grandmother around the kitchen of our South Carolina country home and watch her bake cakes, Sweet Potato Pies and make biscuits on our wood stove while hoping that she would let me lick the mixing spoon. So, over the years between retiring from the Army and a civil service retirement from the Navy; I’ve cooked and baked for myself, for friends, and for family members.
